We are currently looking for a dynamic and resourceful Event Coordinator in our Growth team in Geneva!
As an Event Coordinator you play a pivotal role in our client engagement journey (virtual and in-person) in the French-speaking region of Switzerland, being responsible for developing, planning, and executing client events, conferences, workshops and webcasts. You ensure that our business standards are met and strongly contributes to offering a differentiating experience to our clients.
How you can make an impact
- Acting as a trusted events expert and advisor, planning, and executing client events from A-Z (both in-person and virtual)
- Leading and coordinating third parties, such as suppliers, internal teams and clients
- Developing new event concepts when appropriate, including budgeting, researching venues etc.
- Managing events to budget
- Drafting and coordinating event correspondence and distribution, managing event registrations, and maintaining database of invitees, ensuring data privacy compliance
- Proactively providing post-event performance analysis, including improvement actions and recommendations
- Providing project support on wider initiatives as well as participating in cross functional projects
Who we are looking for
- Proven track record of a minimum of 2-3 years event management experience, preferably within a professional services company or hospitality sector
- Excellent working knowledge of virtual meeting/events platforms (e.g. Teams, Zoom) and MS Office Suite
- Fluent in French AND English, additional languages are a plus
- Client-centric thinking, service, and quality-oriented approach
- Exceptional communications skills especially with senior audiences
- A team player, able to priorities according to fast-paced requirements with a solution-oriented attitude
