We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to join our client's dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the payroll operations for our international workforce (250 employees), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process for multiple international entities, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations and standards in various countries.
- Maintain and update payroll records and reports, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to streamline payroll processes and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings and other statutory requirements.
- Manage relationships with external payroll providers and auditors.
- Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Provide payroll-related support and guidance to employees and management.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in an international setting.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in multiple countries.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and French; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
